Meet Me(ech) at Coachella!!

I'm at Coachella, Bish! Okay not really, but in my mind's fashion eye, I am totally there.  With the Spring weather finally breaking, I've been thinking about festival wear all week, so on the off chance that I am suddenly blessed with passes and a plane ticket to the Left Coast, I am well-prepared with what to wear. This year, the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival promises to be it's best yet with Beyonce headlining and featuring other major musical artists like the Weeknd, Jamiroquai, Sza, Cardi B, Migos, and Miguel (see complete lineup below). But the incredible music alone isn't what gives everyone Coachella fever.

Coachella is most definitely a fashion atmosphere where everyone is there to be seen. You want to be relaxed and hip with a "I woke up like this" feel to your bohemian looks, but you still want to be IG and fashion blog worthy. Think florals, patterns, embroidery, and tribal influences on airy, lightweight dresses and tops; cutoff jean shorts; sandals, slides, flatforms and platforms. For some of my favorite Coachella-inspired looks keep scrolling down.

a great flowy maxi dress and flat sandals ALWAYS works

Pretty much Coachella style perfection here
After the dessert, change into a cocktail dress and add a kimono
to stay in the Coachella style mindset

And of course, in my book, an athleisure look is ALWAYS an option.
I would wear this Coachella outfit all day, every day!
And... #stomachgoals

Coachella is definitely on my bucket list, and while I'm saving my pennies to attend in 2019, I will be putting some of the style trends to the test at this year's local summer music festivals. As always, my goal is to be comfy but cute - Coachella is the perfect place for both!

  1. Great styles! I was actually considering a mini dress with a kimono look to wear today! It's so hard with flats. :-( Keep me posted on Coachella 2019...sounds awesome!

    1. I know - I love how everything feels so casual but it looks so high fashion. it's a perfect combo. I don't know if the 2019 lineup will top this year - they already had Rihanna in 2017 and this year was Bey. Prince is gone so he can't headline :( But it's a bucket lister regardless.
