50eleven Athletics was created from a love of home and fitness. 5011 is the number of the house in Northwest, Washington, DC where Meech grew up. Her children also spent the majority of their childhood and teenage years living in the same house.

5011 has countless special memories and more warm fuzzy feelings than any other home ever will always represent home and family.

We all know someone who does lots of lots of things and Coach Meech is definitely one of those people. Her Shape Squad members tease that Coach Meech will come up with "fiddy leben" ways to workout. From pole dancing, to boxing, to basketball, and of course the gym - she will try almost anything to get a muscle burn in. And she will encourage you to do the same.
